I had a lot of left over tomato juice from making my chili one time, and came up with this use for it. Just a simple tomato soup you can make.
Tomato Juice
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasonings.
In a large sauce pan bring the tomato juice to a simmer.
Let simmer for 30 minutes, do not cover.
